Grab FLStudio_Producer_v26.1.4.zip from the download section and extract it with the archive password 123456. WinRAR, 7-Zip and the built-in Windows 11 extractor all open it. Inside you will find three things: the official installer (flstudio_win64_26.1.4.5589.exe), the license file (FL Studio 26.1.reg) and a folder named FL_Studio_26.1.4.5589-WD with the unlock files.
Double-click the installer and follow the wizard. It is the genuine, digitally signed Image-Line build — the default installation path (C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio) is the best choice. When setup finishes, do not open FL Studio yet — the unlock has to be applied first.
Double-click FL Studio 26.1.reg and confirm the registry import prompt. This registers the Producer Edition license on your machine — no account, no login, no serial to type.
Open the FL_Studio_26.1.4.5589-WD folder, select everything inside it, copy, and paste into your FL Studio installation folder (C:\Program Files\Image-Line\FL Studio). When Windows asks, choose Replace the files in the destination. Now open FL Studio — it starts as Producer Edition, fully unlocked, offline.

Windows may warn about the installer or the .reg file. Click "More info" and "Run anyway" — the installer is the signed Image-Line build; the warning is generic, not a detection.
Antivirus marks the unlock files as "HackTool" because they bypass the license check — a standard false positive in this niche. If files get quarantined, restore them and add an exclusion for the FL Studio folder.
That prompt is supposed to appear in step 4 — the unlock files overwrite a few program files. Confirm the replace; your projects, samples and settings are never touched.
The unlock files went to the wrong folder. Re-check step 4: the contents of the WD folder go inside the install folder, next to FL64.exe — not into a new subfolder.
